From zesty Latin American inspiration to Asian and Southern fusion, each dish brings bold global flavors to the table — all set in the lush, blooming gardens of Des Moines’ most elegant estate.

1st Course

Chorizo & queso crema-stuffed fried zucchini blossoms with roast tomato chimichurri, candied lime, and blood orange granita

     Cocktail Pairing: Paloma

2nd Course

Korean braised short rib spring roll with grilled bok choy, pickled ginger, jicama, Thai peanut sauce, Mexican burnt peanuts, and fresh cilantro

     Cocktail Pairing: Mezcal margarita

3rd Course

Cajun grilled shrimp & nopales rangoon with pineapple coulis, sweet chili Berkwood Farms bacon lardon, crispy onions, and fried sweet basil

     Cocktail Pairing: Ranch water

4th Course

Ancho grilled octopus over coconut rice-stuffed Chile relleno with mango chutney, sweet corn shoots, and Hatch chile agave drizzle

     Cocktail Pairing: Blood orange margarita

Dessert Course

Strawberry tamale with coffee cinnamon crème anglaise and blueberry reduction

     Cocktail Pairing: Blanco tequila vanilla sidecar

• Event is outdoors in the gardens. In case of inclement weather, dinner will be moved inside.

• No outside food or drink allowed.
• Shared Seating: Guests may be seated with others not in their party. Please arrive with your group.
